seems like a nice hotel, managed by a friendly staff. qianzhen neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. sanduo shopping district metro station is within 5 minutes' walk. floating palace and other tourist destinations were situated within walking distance this place.

Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in the shopping district. the breakfast was amazing with lots of tasty food options. Staff was very kind and helpful, many of them spoke English and made our stay easier. the location was perfect; it was close to the MRT station which made commuting stress-free, and we had plenty of options to dine out and purchase souvenirs.

The room was a bit small but it was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the only downside was the temperature control in the room, which made it a bit too warm at times.

Convenient as it is quite near to Sanduo shopping district, about 10 minutes walk and about 15 minutes walk to nearest Guang Hwa Night Market. The room cleaner auntie was the nicest I have met in the hotel throughout my stay.

Staff promised me to call for a transport to Kenting, but in the end not just they were unable to delivery, I also had to fork out additional money to take a cab to the train station as they claimed that their station shuttle is out and will only be back 30 minutes later. One of the staff did not deliver what his promised, a direction to Kenting. Was quite lost and had to call a local friend who lived in the north for directions. Really disappointed. Breakfast range is poor.

although got laundry service,but the washing machine is placed outside the hotel buidling and its operating system is very bad.Wouldn't recommend for those who need laundry service.Breakfast ok.

The worst experience we encountered,at midnight the room was badly smell shit!!!!we complained but was told no room for us to change!!

Great place to stay. Had a bath tub. Nice staff who spoke good English. I also liked the free clothes washer. A dryer was NT$50.

The AC couldn't be controlled in our room. Sometimes it was ice cold and others it wasn't cold enough. The lights are on a motion sensor in the room and it takes a long time for them to turn on the lights. The breakfast wasn't good at all.

Very near to MRT station, a street full of food eateries, 7-Eleven, spacious family room

For our Easter weekend, we chose a hotel that seemed to check all the boxes we were looking for at a reasonable price. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around. The rooms were decently sized and had a comfortable bed. Also, the breakfast had a nice selection of food to choose from.

The hotel fell short on a few important aspects. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard we were hoping for, and the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. The AC unit was barely working, leaving the room feeling stuffy and uncomfortable. while the hotel had a lot of potential, the negatives outweighed the positives for us.

This hotel had excellent staff, a clean environment, convenient location to the R8 MRT station and shopping district. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable.

Rooms are simple and well-equipped with toiletries and daily housekeeping. Some rooms even have hairdryers. Guests can enjoy a basic but free breakfast buffet with traditional Chinese dishes.

The hotel is not suitable for light sleepers as some rooms may have cigarette smells, according to some reviews.
